Exchange & Returns 

Regular-Priced Items 

  • Within 14 days of your original purchase: customers can request to an exchange item or refund to the original method of payment.
  • After 14 days of your original purchase: requests for returns or exchanges will no longer be accepted.
  • If the return lowers your purchase order below the free shipping rate we will charge a warehouse handling fee of $15.00.

 Sale Items (less than 50% off regular price)

  • No refunds can be issued for sale or discounted items
  • Within 14 days of your original purchase: customers can exchange item. 
  • After 14 days of your original purchase: requests for returns or exchanges will no longer be accepted.

 Sale Items (50% and more off regular price)

  • We are sorry, no exchange or refund can be issued on these items.

 International Purchase (outside of the United States)

  • Due to system and customs restrictions, we are currently unable to process returns or exchanges for international customers. 

 Please following the instruction bellow for all exchanges and/or returns:

  1. Please contact our customer service team via email at to request an exchange/refund authorisation within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
  2. We will get back to you within 2 working days (Monday to Friday, except public holidays) and you will receive an email with your Return Number and the Repaid Return Label.
  3. Exchange/refund items must be shipped within 3 days of AIMAMA issuing the Return Number and please make sure you have your package post-marked.
  4. Put item(s) you want to exchange/return securely in shipment box, along with the original invoice and securely seal the box.
  5. Print and stick the Prepaid Return Label on top of the original shipping label (make sure the previous label bar code is completely covered).
  6. Book a pick-up with the shipping courier found on your Prepaid Return Label or drop off your package at the shipping carrier's location.
  7. For multiple items exchange/refund, please include all items within one order in one box and use one Prepaid Return Label (even if some of them arrived in separate shipments or boxes).
  8. We will e-mail and let you know once your package has been received by our warehouse team and your refund is issued. 

     Please note:

    • We only accept exchange and/or returns of purchases from, if you purchased an item somewhere other than our website, please contact the store and follow their procedures.
    • For all returns or exchanges, items must not be washed, worn or damaged. All original tags and bags must be attached and packed.
    • We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.
    • Any exchanges received that do not comply with the above may be denied at the discretion of AIMAMA.
    • Your refund will be credited to the original method of payment and initial shipping fees is not refundable (if applicable).
    • All refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days upon receipt of your return package.
    • Returns are regularly monitored to identify misuse or abuse of our shipping and returns policies. Customers who meet our criteria for excessive returns or abuse of these policies could be flagged, subject to review and revocation of our standard return policies. We reserve to right to refuse service to anyone.
